My son was assigned this dentist through Kaiser. I was hesitant, since I had never heard of them. The Dr. was very kind with my son and also made helpful suggestions to save us money.

I went into Dr. Fan’s office for the first time and had some cavities. He asked if I wanted to get them done and over with that same day and I said sure why not. Well, this was back in March and to this day I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth. Every time I eat something crunchy, I get this pain like if my teeth were extremely sensitive. I came back to complain about the pain 2 months later and he said it was normal to give it a few more weeks. Well guess what, it’s almost going to be a year and I’m still with the pain. Don’t recommend this office.

Dr. Fan is a very caring, loving, meticulously skillful dentist. My mom’s dental crown fell off (was done by other dentist). Dr. Fan squeezed her into his busy schedule and fixed it beautifully the very next day! We are so lucky to have him as our family dentist.

Stuart B. gives no details as to why he has such a low opinion of Dr. Fan, but I will tell you that I have been going to him for about 2 years and have nothing at all negative to report. Dr. Fan has been excellent in his care, his discussions with me about my dental health, options for care and costs of procedures. He accepts both Delta Dental (PPO) and DeltaCare (HMO) (I have both), and his office knows how to navigate these insurance plans, as well as others. I don’t know what else to say, except that I have been totally satisfied with him and his office.
