History
Established in 2002.
Started with the simple idea of baklava being the crown dessert of all, and questioning why it did not make it to the mainstream baking in the USA for over a century. Most Americans perceived baklava as this overwhelmingly sweet, sticky, gooey, syrupy or super dry ethnic dessert. Yet baklava is a lot more popular than apple pie and cheese cake combined outside of the United States. It was just made wrong and we had to «right» this. SO WE DID!
