BodyMind Connection specializes in designing a massage that will meet YOUR needs. Both Michael and Kymberly are graduates with well over 1000 hours of massage training as well as graduating as (Posture Analysis Specialists) from Egoscue University. We approach each individuals problems from a Holistic standpoint meaning: We look at everything that may be involved in your situation. Be it posture, diet, exercise, movement, thinking processes, or anything else, we are problem solvers and do not want to mask over symptoms. We are here to prefect the Art of Prevention.

History

Established in 1992.

BodyMind Connection is a continuation of a thought process that started in 1962 when Michael became enamored with Self Hypnosis and turned into a side career in Hypnosis. At the time Michael was an Electronic Technician on Submarines in the US Navy. In 1967 He was choosen to teach Aerobics, a new process developed by Dr. Ken Cooper. In 1972 he added Nutrition to his background. At age 50 He decided to change careers from Electronics and in doing his research he found that he could combine all of his knowledge under a title of Holistic Health Practitioner. For the past 17 years he has been helping people prefect the art of prevention. Assisting people in developing a lifestyle that they deserve. Michael believes that health is a matter of choice and practices what he preaches. At age 60 I ran my first marathon. I climbed Mt. Whitney when I was 35 and again when I was 60. At age 67 I am still going strong and pray that I can continue for many more years.
