Sean is a cell phone ninja — period. After wasting my time with Verizon, T-​Mobile, and Asurion trying to unlock my black listed IMEI, I found Free Touch. Sean unlocked my phone in less than 30 minutes while I waited. He also gave me sound advice about other cell phone companies. The store is off the beaten path in Santee, but believe me it’s worth the trip. Don’t waste your time with other Cell Phone stores — he can also do screen and water damage repairs. His staff was quite friendly and patient answering all my questions and laser guiding me to the store. This is my new go to cell fix it place — as a matter of fact I just gave them my son’s phone that has some major issues. They’ve got my full confidence. Highest possible recommendation!

I went in to have a phone unlocked and was quoted a price of $ 24.99 .
So I went down and paid the $ 24.99 and was told I could leave and they would call as soon as it was done.
I got a call 2 hours later saying they couldn’t unlock it, it was under contract with AT&T and if I really wanted it unlocked I’d have to pay them $ 20 more and wait 3 – 5 days.
So I paid about $ 50 when I was told $ 24.99 + tax
I was not informed of this possibility before I left the store. I was told the phone, co, etc was fine.
I’m not sure if this is a honest place or not but I’m not going back.

I came into free touch wireless guys fixing my iPhone 5S and also repairing my Samsung note 4. I also bought service for $ 40 of unlimited talk text and Internet these guys were very very helpful everything was quick and professional they are my new number one repair shop. I highly recommend them for all types of phones and services they are great and trust me when I say this you will be pleased when you come here because they will take care of you like family. I also bought a lg G3 used which is like new and a standard phone for my mom which was free and only paid first month with no contract

All of a sudden my phone stopped working, I couldn’t receive any calls or texts. I took it into tmobile and was told it wasn’t properly unlocked and all they told me was to go to the wireless store in the mall to have them check it for me. When I got there, I was told it wasn’t unlocked… how frustrating since I paid a few months ago to have it done. So how is that possible?
Anyway, I’m so glad I waited til I got home to search around because I found Freetouch wireless. I brought it in first thing this morning and was told by Shawn immediately that it was put on the block list and he would just need to make a call, since I had my receipt proving I paid my phone in full. A couple hours later, my phone is back to full working condition and he even charged my phone battery. All for no charge! Great service and he was also very informative and helpful.
I will definitely be going back to get my cracked phone screen repaired, as they have been the cheapest quote I’ve found!

Had my daughters 5c screen replaced. They placed tempered glass and a case on it as well, all in less than in hour. Very friendly people. Fair prices. Glad I found this place. The phone is working very well, no issues with the touch screen. Like new!

Love this place! I’m currently writing this review from my freshly flashed phone that Shawn did for me himself today. He was incredibly informative of the whole process required to flash the phone, and broke down the fees for me. Very reasonably priced and awesome service on top of it all! I will be coming back to Shawn for any wireless services I may need… no doubt about it at all. I flashed a Verizon phone to cricket and it cost me a fraction of what it would cost at a cricket store… and he even threw in a part I needed at no extra cost. Shawn rocks go to him for all your wireless needs… He has experience and knows his stuff!

This place is AWESOME!
First of all, the workers there (I think they are all family) are super friendly, helpful and they don’t try to sell you any extra things that you really don’t want.
I went in there the first time to get my iphone unlocked. Took a few hours but they had my phone ready and it was only $ 35!
I went there another time because my phone camera was acting up and they checked it for free and told me where I could find a cheap replacement for my phone instead of trying to up sale theirs. I ended up going back to them and they fixed it in 5 minutes. There is a Unilocal deal going on and I asked if I could buy it at that moment and use it and they just ended up giving me 25% off instead. Sweeeet!
Overall, this is definitely my go to place for my iphone needs. Like I said, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I don’t know much about phone stuff but they prices seemed pretty reasonable to me!
Only thing is that they charge $ 3 if you use your credit/​debit card. But it’s definitely worth the service if you forget to bring cash.
