I’m very impressed with the service I received. The only one that keeps you inform as to how the repair is going. I ‘am very satisfied with my car repair. Tyrone is very helpful and courteous. The waiting room is clean and comfortable.
I will highly recommend this shop.

I received the worst service, and worst yet, they didn’t include everything in the estimate for insurance… Tyrone at John’s says he didn’t know about the initial conversation from Omar, and now suddenly Omar has no recollection of the conversation!!! So Tyrone insists we have to pay them a $ 1,000 for repairs that should have been covered — but weren’t in the initial estimate — because they didn’t do their job right? This seems more like they’re working with the insurance company to minimize repairs versus making sure the customer is made whole.
Very disappointed with both John’s and El Dorado where we took the car in to and they shipped it to John’s — they’re owned by the same guy and when push comes to shove, I guess the real character and what they believe — or dont, about customer service comes out. I would not recommend either El Dorado or John’s Collision– in fact I’d say it’s not worth the risk and just go somewhere else.

My daughter’s beautiful little Jeep Wrangler was stolen and taken out in the hills. Of course it was trashed in dozens of small ways, and several big ones. Very close to totaled, but almost all just cosmetic. Hard to see where to start. It just looked like a million things to do.
It was absolutely perfect when it was stolen, and sure enough, it came back from John;s in less than a month, just that way. Perfect again. Practically miraculous!
I think even the tires had more tread :-)

Seriously amazing. I was in an accident in 2010 and had my car repaired by Mossy, it took two months and they did crappy work. I took the same car to John’s (2015) for some minor body work and it was done in just a few days and looks like a brand new car! Tyrone called me periodically to let me know the status and charges, he didn’t charge me to fix the shoddy work Mossy did years ago, and I got automated text messages — with pictures — during the repairs. I am so impressed with this place!

I was sick to my stomach when I put deep scratch up the back for my Lexus SUV. I’d opened the back of the car up before the garage door was done opening and the metal arm dragged along my car leaving a nice, long mark. Then I did it a second time. Then I did it a third time. Three scratches now up the back side of a car I paid a lot of money for. I could have kicked myself. The Lexus dealership gave me a card for John’s Collision Repair. I went over there and had such a pleasant experience. I got to meet with John himself and another very friendly, helpful employee named Tyrone. John was honest enough to let me know repairing the whole back of my car would be really expensive and just not worth it. Tyrone took my car — and for FREE buffed out the three scratches. They’re still there, but it looks about 70% better and now you’d have to really be looking for them to see the results of my dumb mistake (s). While Tyrone was buffing out the scratches, John gave me a quick 411 about the (good) reputation of my insurance company and what I should be aware of if I ever get in an accident so that the collision company works for me indent the insurance company. I hope I never do get in an accident. But if I do, there are no two other faces that I want to see besides John’s and Tyrone’s when I need to fix my car.

This is unfortunately my third time at John’s Collision and I only say unfortunate because you don’t go to a collision center because you want to you usually go because you have to. With that said, each time I have been pretty satisfied. Minor issues but were worked out quick and easy. I would recommend this place they keep you in the know about your car sending daily text with pictures describing and showing the progress. I hope I never have to go back but if I do I will be going to Johns Collison.

I recently just went to John’s collision center for a fender bender back in August, and they took great care of me! Helped me out with the pricing of the rental car, and made sure the of the quality of the parts and that they were perfectly fitted! I would recommend them to anyone! I would also receive pictures of the progress as well! The service was overall great! My car looks brand new!
