My 80 year old mother was looking to find a home closer to town. She had some friends living in the same park we checked out. She can’t climb stairs so this park in Escondido was perfect for her. All the homes are at ground level, making it much more convenient for those with mobility issues. Helena was very patient with us and explained all the forms that my mother had to fill out. She took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable in this purchase. She doesn’t like to make decisions so Helena was very good in helping her with her new home. We would recommend Helena to any one looking for a mobile home.

Lied about the park the home was in. This park makes it month to month and is probably one of the worst run parks in America. The agent knew it, but they will do anything for that commission!
