Beware: under new ownership/​management! That is why there is no notory there on a consistant basis. AND, the new operators have no idea how to send something overnight correctly.
Paid $ 47 to ship paperwork overnight to Texas. She didnt use the proper FED Ex so that it would be delivered to the PO Box address. My package never left their store!
People, if you are going to own and run a shipping business, you might want to know how to ship. Have been a very long time custoner of this business, but with new ownership… I will never be back!

No notary! In this day and age it would be nice to have a notary on duty. Most other places do. I wasted a trip here thinking that would have one. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The people at pak Mail are so helpful and friendly! They will even package up your stuff for you before shipping it! I don’t even bother going to the post office anymore, they do it all!

This place is so awesome. Kelly is super friendly and knows everyone by their names. She gives the best customer service ever. If you need to ship anything or just have questions call her.

I wanted to write a review because I have been coming to this place for several years now to print, scan, fax and mail various documents during my nursing school years, job finding days, and now home buying experience. From a professional standpoint, I can truly say the folks running this place are knowledgeable, fast and reliable. On a personal note, I absolutely adore the staff for the way they treat their customers. The owner, Ricardo, as well as his staff, know my name, who I am, and they really care about helping me. I sincerely enjoy coming to this place because it’s a good feeling to do business with folks who make me feel like we are all a part of a close knit community.

I come to this location almost every time I need to ship anything, and the staff members are very prompt, helpful, and patient. It’s usually not too crowded, and at the busiest times you would still get out fast and with great customer service. Great stuff friendly, professional and super efficient. Highly recommend it.

Me and my aunt own a business and use Pak Mail as an address as she moves around a lot, we live in different states, and it allows me to do the paper work, deposits etc. Last month I was in a hurry, picked up the mail and went straight to the bank and deposited the checks. A week later it was discovered that one of the checks I deposited was not ours. My aunt contacted the correct owner and said she would take care of it. The problem is that we used, on accident, some of the money so we said as soon as the other checks come in we would pay her.
Anyway, my husband goes to pick up our mail and make a bank run and they wouldn’t give us our mail. We had time sensitive legal documents, checks, etc. They said they would hold all of our mail until the women was paid. We even had the women behind the counter call the owner and he said no. We got a hold of my aunt, who had to again explain the situation. We had to say that we already made arrangements and everything. As soon as we realized our mistake, WE notified the correct person, it was an honest mistake.
Also, this has NOTHING to do with Pak Mail except for the fact he put someone else’s mail in our box. Other than that, none of his business! Our rent for the box is paid, I am pretty sure what he did was completely illegal. Can he hold our mail and not give it to us? OMG, part of me wants to find someone else, but I guess I have to wait until our box rent has expired.

Ricardo and his staff understand the importance of excellent customer service and return business; they go above and beyond what I pay for. These guys look out for me. I use them to perform all my shipping tasks that I have for my online business. Highly recommend!

Went here for the Live Scan. Friendly staff and good service. Got it done in under 10 minutes. I have had it take over an hour before somewhere else, so I was very pleased that this time was fast and efficient.

I have had a mailbox here for over a year. The pricing is beyond fair and the owner, her name is Myn, is amazing. She stayed late for me countless times so I could check my mail after work, has been quite flexible when I was late on box payments, and has allowed my new husband to get mail in my box too even though that’s somewhat against «the rules». This store is also an awesome last-​second gift shop featuring tons of cute trinkets, gifts, tokens and cards.
