2. like to spend thousands of dollars to repair damage unskilled labor caused.
3. enjoy dealing with violent behavior and anger disorders when addressing unsatisfactory work and or payment.

Romeo Dina Remodeling was hired to paint exterior and interior of a residential home.
The problems we encountered after Dina remodeling painted home:
— no preparation to surfaces
— on exterior repair to trim, speckle was used instead of bondo.
— inferior caulking or missing caulking.
— no sanding before painting
— no primer was used on interior or exterior.
— Inferior or no masking or taping was done to protect chandeliers, light fixtures, hardware, hardwood floors, moldings, glass on doors, hardware, rafters, eaves, fascia, railings. etc. over spray is everywhere.
— only one coat of paint was rolled. Very poor coverage. Gray color form mud «haze» is seen under painted areas.
— The primer was sprayed not rolled. Water was found in paint. (I understand there is a nozzle that can be purchased so that thicker primer or paint can be sprayed. Instead of buying the right nozzle water was used and did not cover showed mud and under color.)
— many holidays «under color» or missed areas not painted were found. Ceilings and closets and other areas were not painted.
— gloss paint is found on flat ceilings and other areas with flat paint.
— gloss paint on doors and trim, railings, and cabinets have areas where primer or flat or unpainted wood is showing through.
— paint was found on hardwood floors, light fixtures, chandeliers, hardware, windows, exterior over spray on screens, glass, trim, eaves, and rafters.
— interior and exterior light fixtures over sprayed. Railings were over sprayed. Front door that has a stained wood finish was over sprayed on the interior.
–wrong colors were used on walls. When asked to change anger irrupted and verbal assaults lashed out.
— many spots were not finished or completed and left with out paint coverage.
There was no offer to make thins right or correct errors. If any of the above was pointed out, a verbal confrontation erupted and payment in full was demanded.
I would never recommend this company. It cost thousands of dollars to correct the above and access areas to clean, and repair and repaint the mistakes caused by this company.
