After spending 30 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology business, Terry and his wife, Sue, started a new venture as Sport Clips Haircuts franchise owners. With a background in sales, sales management, marketing, and business development, they now have four Sport Clips Haircuts stores in the San Diego area. There are now a total of 16 stores in San Diego and 40 in SoCal — the fastest growng haircare brand in America.
