Manager is dishonest and does not honor his coupons even if you’re a customer who buys multiple tickets at a time. Refused to honor the free car wash and then kept the ticket so basically pocketed the $ 16 it should’ve been worth. Cannot recommend and will not return to it. They should be ashamed of the poor customer service they provide. Hopefully the owner finds out before he runs off more business.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The same workers and all appear to like their work. No issues with my vehicle they’re honest and friendly. If you want a great wax she employee Donald he takes the time does a great job and if you are a repeat customer and tipped him accordingly he will make sure to take care of you.

Only one guy per car so a slow process. Expect to spend 30 plus minutes waiting for whole cycle. Cup holders were cleaned and back windows and console. Hubcaps cleaned. Moon roof window not cleaned. Floor maps vacuumed and straightened. Spent $ 20 and found myself wiping down missed spot on center console. All windows inside except for moonroof were spotless. Door jams missed. I feel I could have bought the economy wash and got the same job. Chose this car wash this time because last one I chose didn’t even clean out the cup holders. Car outside shined and looked great. It’s the details inside that were skimmed over a bit.

Usually wash my car myself, but was in a hurry and had to go out of town. Stopped here since I had a coupon. NEVER going back. Looked like nothing got wiped down inside, windows still had bird droppings on them, and they left wet rags and squirt bottle on my passenger seat! UGGHH! Not to mention the cashier was on a personal call and barely looked at me during the transaction. I’ll go back to my $ 5 wash and free vacuum, thanks.

Terrible customer service. The guy that first approached me rudely commented that my car was dirty. All comments made were short and rude, completely unfriendly. I went inside to pay and the line was enormous. Apparently one computer wasn’t working After already waiting in line I realized that I needed cash back to tip but they didn’t allow it at the gas station. There is an ATM but they charge a transaction fee of 2.50. The cleaning was mediocre at best and took 30 minutes. Not going back here.

Very pleased with the work they did with my car. I had my Camry vacuumed, washed, and hand waxed for $ 40 yesterday, and they did so well I brought my wife’s car in this morning! Ended up doing a deal for a few car washes that’ll keep me coming back. Good service and friendly employees.

Vacuum was not done completely. When my vehicle came out there was soap still on it. Door jams where not wiped down. Rims weren’t dried off. And when asked why not the attendant said «I don’t know, if you pay for service we will do it»
Going back to my usual car wash. Where they do dry off entire vehicle and vacuum interior completely for one price.

Paid for the «V.I.P.» Car wash and when it was finished it looked like only the exterior of my car was cleaned. Before I arrived, I called and asked if the interior (center console, cup holders, etc.) would be cleaned, and the clerk reassured me that it was included. However, my steering wheel and dash just came back greasy and only the rugs were clean and not even cleaned well. The center console and cup holders were not even touched. Even though I live about 5 minutes away, I will NEVER come back again. If you want quality, don’t come here — look elsewhere!

Absolute worst car wash I have ever been to. Got there and had to wait a few minutes for someone to even come to my truck to see what I wanted done. Truck was done pretty quick and I was pretty unsatisfied. I had to ask them to get the soap off the bumper. After they were done I had to redo my windows and 90% of my chrome. Did they ask if I needed anything or some rags? Hell no. Never again. Also there air freshener has no scent what so ever

I will NEVER bring my car here to be washed again.
I paid for the Deluxe Wash — and my car was clearly filthy afterwards ! They never took out the mats, but just halfway vacuumed around them to where you could clearly see all the dirt and foot tracks and even small rocks left behind. Absolutely nothing was wiped down on the inside, & there were fingerprints all over the outside. When I called back to complain and have the job done the correct way — the manager was COMPLETELY unprofessional and refused to clean anything, even what was clearly listed on the board of prices that they straight up didn’t do the first time around !
If you want to spend $ 15 on a job a child could’ve done better, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

Been here a few times, usually get the basic car wash. The guy tries to sell me a detail every time, it gets annoying. But i recently went in and i was in out in like 15 mins. Only downfall is they use ammonia in their window wash and my window tint is starting to bubble… hopefully my tint guy will replace the window tint. Probably wont be back unless they change their window cleaner.

Come here all the time. They do a great job. They CAN go a little overboard with the Armor All though. They do you also have a tendency to recommend services that are necessarily needed for the vehicle. For example my most recent visit I showed up in my brand-​new 4runner and the guy recommended a Claybar treatment. Haha bro, the paint is less than 3 months old…

I’ve been coming to Sunshine for several years and always had great service, from the drive-​up and handover to the finish; however, my last 2 visits were nothing less than horrible. I understand that the ownership has changed hands, which has apparently had a negative impact on the quality of service, from the wash to the customer interaction. Consequently, I’ve not had my car washed for several months. Being the eternal optimist, I’m going to give them one more shot today. As well, I’m going to have a chat with management for all of us — «Shape up, or we ship out!» Wish me luck!

Ya know the older I get, the more I notice the rise and decline of businesses. Per my review in 2011, Sunshine Car Wash was a very efficient business operation. The business was then owned by Wally who was a hard working immigrant who was everywhere onsite. Over a year ago Wally sold Sunshine to the owners of a Subway/​mini mart co-​located on the property. Transition at the time was seamless but over the past months the inevitable decline has accelerated. There is no sense of customer focus in any part of the operation. Yesterday was my last visit to Sunshine Car Wash as it’s now below A-​OK. It was mid-​day on a work day and I was the only customer car present. You would think this would be fast service… but not so. Workers stood next to my car in long conversations while no cleaning occurred. I just stood by and watched. Sad, time to find another car wash!

My go to car wash in Santee. They do a good job for the price. Service is always friendly. $ 11.99 for the standard wash, and they usually don’t charge me extra for my husbands truck.
I wish they cleaned the inside a bit better but it’s usually fine.
Make sure to get the punch card! Buy 9 washes and get one free

This is my go to carwash! They always do an excellent job on my car. I’ve had some of my cars detailed here as well, and they make it look like new again.
Another thing to note is that the workers they have are honest! I had lost $ 100 from my Wallet one day and as they were vacuuming my car they had found it under my driver seat. The gentlemen came up to me right away and handed it to me. I was truly shocked but glad he had the integrity.
Not only do they make my car clean, but are a trustworthy establishment.

I can clean my car at the self car wash and get it vacuumed for about $ 5 or $ 6 bucks. I can get a car wash here where they do all that for me for $ 10.99. I decided to choose this place. Only took about 15 minutes, did a decent enough job with the vacuuming. Could have wiped down the dash a little better… maybe some of the higher packages do a better cleaning? Ill come back. For $ 11 its worth it if I am feeling lazy and don’t want to do it myself.
Side note… Their claw game is rigged as a mofo! I put in a dollar while waiting for my car. I am a master at the claw game except when its rigged. This one is super rigged. Grabbed my stuffed animal twice, had perfect grip and everything and it dropped it on the way over to the chute. I then noticed on their sign that it says, «Play now, insert $ 10.00 and play until you win… guaranteed». Well… that is rigged my friends. Steer clear. Anyways…
