The Finishing Factory Direct

Ordered replacement caps and they worked and looked good. Unfortunately the bolt that holds the cap on the wheel backed out within 100 miles and I lost 2 of the caps (I was able to save the other two). When I contacted CCD they 1) did not own the problem they said the blame was with the manufacturer (there was no instructions indicating thread lock was required) 2) they would not offer a discount on the new order I had placed… in fact the cost was now nearly double. They said the price had gone up because there was now a problem getting replacements.
I had already placed the order but was trying to get them to provide a discount but at least sell me the product at the same price. I called them because they would not respond to email and requested the discount but the guy was an ass so we ended up having cross words and guess what, the ass cancelled my order.
They have a good selection of product but I’d NEVER buy anything from this company. Buyer be ware
