We have a school located in downtown San Diego and have been working with TruComm for about 5 months now. Their technician Miguel is outstanding! On numerous occasions Miguel has come to our school to repair our phones and has done so happily. He is patient and knowledgeable and strives to educate his customers. I have been very pleased with the service we have received. Upon finding this company we first interacted with Troy. He was helpful and outlined numerous options to chose from and was keen to get our service up and running. He educated us on the options of leasing equipment and the types of phone systems that would be suitable for our current and future needs.
TruComm is competitively priced, their service staff is prompt. Over the recent months that we have been customers we have had 4 – 5 times that we have called them out to do work during the construction/​building of our new premises they have historically arrived on time, complete their tasks efficiently and been a pleasure to work with.

I have a law firm. I called on Sunday. Surprisingly the owner named Troy picked up his business line. He was at my office on a holiday Monday morning. He was always easy to reach, responded to my emails in a timely fashion. His pricing was competitive. For our 1^st meeting he brought the entire phone system with him, hooked it all up and showed me how it works. Other sales people I met with did not put in that kind of effort during the 1^st meeting. He explained all the features and his engineer and other staff made a good impression on me. We are a small business that has used TruComm for all our phone line expanding needs over the years. In 2010, we had them add an auto attendant feature. When this was done, they disconnected our alarm system from the phone line. After many weeks without a connected alarm and attempted schedulings, they sent someone to fix it. They were unable to get in the alarm box and said they would return to complete the job. They never came back and did not return any of our messages. In the meantime, we received a bill for $ 145 for the day they came out and did nothing. We dangerously went without an alarm for 6 months. In that 6 months, we were able to get ahold of one person who apologized about the «miscommunication» and promised someone would call me back to schedule immediately. Nobody ever came and nobody ever called back. We have since gone with a different company and could not be happier.
