These check cashing places are a good alternative to banks and not everyone who uses them does not have a bank account. I have been using them to avoid depositing excess money in my account for tax reasons. I have to admit I was surprised at how well I was treated. I expected to be treated like white trash but was treated with my courtesy than at Chase Bank. I highly recommend this option to cash checks. This particular branch went out of their way to help me and were super nice!
