Established in 2000.

The business started in the year 2000, after I left a senior vice president role in a consumer products company. We began as a consulting firm to help small and mid size businesses to grow their revenue and profit, and to help nonprofit companies raise more funds. We began to specialize in marketing and advertising, and creating business communications for clients to get the word out.

Business Owner

Greg Jordan began his corporate career as an engineer and progressed to senior manager roles. He has been in corporate leadership positions for over 20 years, most recently as the Chief Innovation Officer with Maytag, responsible for innovation and R&D. Prior to that he was a Director of Engineering at the Procter & Gamble Co.

He gained broad industry experience in leading organization change and new product launch in the Utilities, Pulp and Paper, Orange Juice Processing, Disposable Diapers, Health Care, and Appliances industries.



He started Peak Performance Solutions, (now The B2B Resource Team LLC) in the year 2000, as a management consulting firm that helps clients create effective personal performance, and organizations to become high performance organizations. He helps his clients improve their top line — revenue and funding — and bottom line — profit and budget performance.
