This is a Homeowner Association run by a bunch of busy bodies who are more concerned with causing problems than in solving them. Recently they tried to amend the bylaws of the Community only to be shot down by a majority of the homeowners at the annual meeting; however these people won’t give up making stupid regulations that are unenforceable.
