Business Owner

Christopher W. Boss is co-​owner and a managing partner of Boss & Arrighi, with offices in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota and Vero Beach. Chris practices in the areas of bankruptcy, real property litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, residential and commercial lending, debt restructuring, collections, and consumer protection. Chris represents both debtors and creditors in complex matters involving debt restructuring, foreclosures, loan workouts and modifications, bankruptcy, and creditor harassment.

Chris is a frequent lecturer on the areas of real estate and bankruptcy appearing before numerous trade and industry organizations such as Pinellas Realtor Organization, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The CCIM Institute and NBI Legal Seminars.
