Business Owner

Duff Sabella is a Culinary Institute of America trained chef with over 20 years experience — including restaurants, resorts, private homes and yachts, as well as personal chef services.

Duff started in kitchens at the age of 15 and has pretty much done it all in the culinary world.

He is proficient in just about every type and style of cuisine, but especially Classical French, Italian, Latin American, Mediterranean and American Regional (particularly Southwest, Tex-​Mex, Traditional New England and Floribbean) cuisines.

Duff is available for hire for your small dinner party, romantic dinner for two, double-​date, family get-​together, brunch, afternoon tea or simply putting some marvelously prepared entrees in your refrigerator/​freezer for a few days.

He does all the shopping, cooking and cleanup. Consultation and menu-​planning are included at no cost.
