We called three different companies to put a lift in for us and 2 of the 3 called back. Custom Dock and Davit was the only one that followed up to our phone call and also to their quote.
We hired them.
Not only did they follow up, but they gave us great customer service.
They took care of us from the permit process all the way to the end of installing our lift.
They also stayed on schedule. That’s hard to find in most anything anymore.
We love our new lift!
Uh oh! Having some major issues with the use of our brand new lift. But, happy to say they stand behind their work! Always nice to find companies who truly care about their customers!
