History

Established in 2009.

After working in the PEO/​ASO industry for over 15 years, we saw the need that businesses have for Human Resource guidance. We set out to create a company that is flexible enough to offer, on call services and/​or on site services depending on the clients needs. Whether the company has yet to hire their first employee or are getting ready to hire their 101^st employee, we have a business plan that fits their needs.

Business Owner

My background has always been in Human Resources, I began my career in manufacturing where I spent 12 as an HR assistant. I then moved into the manufacturing, hospitality and construction industry and finally settled into the PEO world. I began working with clients in all industries and in multiple states. I learned what small businesses had and what they needed to know to help them stay in compliance with employment laws. I obtained my SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2004 from SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).
