History

Established in 1943.

T.A. Fahey started this business in Sarasota in 1943 doing pest management, termite control and lawn treatments. It was later purchased by David Pomfret III. It is currently owned by David Pomfret IV and ran by his son. We our proud to say that we are a local, third generation family owned business.

Over 600 $ estimate to load a rat trap and come back to check it periodically. I guess I didn’t realize the simplest solution was the best… doing it myself.
Probably do a great job at loading those rat traps though. I just can’t afford a rat trap that cost more than my mortgage.

Definitely recommend Fahey for indoor and outdoor service. Best employees from those who service your home to those who work in their office. Professional, thorough, know their stuff. I’ve used other pest control companies in town and Fahey is the best.

I used Fahey pest control for several rental properties and their employees and sales people are first rate. There was a small billing issue but this was probably from having multiple accounts. Deal with confidence.

After being told by two well-​known pest control companies in our area that we had bed bugs and that it would cost thousands of dollars to get rid of them, I called Fahey Pest Control for a final evaluation. In spite of calling late on a Friday afternoon, they were able to squeeze us into the Saturday schedule. Leslie, the technician, did a thorough examination of the home and found that we DID NOT have bed bugs and would not need to be tented and fumigated. In fact, we were not even charged for that initial visit! Leslie was extremely knowledgeable and completely put our fears to rest. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control! Their commitment to integrity in an industry that often preys on unsuspecting customers is to be commended!
