Established in 2011.

It took 35 years to realize my passion for feeding friends. Unfortunately this dream was not possible in New York. So I made the decision to move to PARADISE to make my visions come true. This is the first step to building the Slainte Empire. The name Flying Sliders was inspired by the name of my grandmother’s restaurant Flying Pines and many other interesting characters that I have met along the way.

The mission of Flying Sliders is to create a world of widely accessible mobile cuisine opportunities, for bar patrons & foodies alike. Flying Sliders offers high quality and local ingredients at an affordable price which is conveniently created and served curbside.
