Excellent from the moment I walked in the store to delivery of my home exercise bike. The equipment is costly, but in this case, I think you are getting what you pay for. Jeff at the Sarasota store was informative and not pushy. He found a bike in another store right away and they set up delivery for the very next week. Everyone called like they said they would, delivery was prompt, the delivery men were nice, and the follow up from Sarasota was great.
They really seem to back their products, so that part will be good to see as I go. So far, great shopping experience.

I own a personal training gym in Venice Florida and I have been using Gym Source in Sarasota about 10 years. The staff there is amazing especially Chris as he has been there along time. He is all about customer service with a smile. I have purchased a lot of equipment from him and he always goes above and beyond. All I can say is Gym Source in Sarasota Rocks… Bravo
