I love Dr. Horvat. As for the other comment lol. What do you think you’re supposed to do with paperwork? Stare at it? Obviously when someone hands you paper work and it’s blank and says name phone etc you fill it out haha. Also there’s usually a note on the door that says closed for lunch between this time and this time. People have to eat. Anyways we love dr. Horvat, she’s great with my son. She always calls and checks on him when he’s really sick. I love how concerned she is for his health.

First impression arriving to a locked door because office closes on Thursdays for lunch. Not mentioned on the phone. Very poor customer service. Scheduled an appt to just meet the doctor and was pushed to fill out paperwork before Eben becoming a patient.
Front desk women very rude and did not explain anything just prompted to push paperwork. No thanks I’ll move on. Definitely don’t want my child to be subjected to such negative and pushy vibes. Office was stark and stale equal
