I would give a 0 since he showed up one hour late so we had to drive ourselves. I called the day before and confirmed the day of as requested. Via text and a phone call. We had reservations at dinner party at 8. We scheduled for the driver to be onsite at 7:15. He called at 7:15 and said he was running 15 min late. I told him it was critical that we got downtown by 8. He said no problem he assured me he would be there by 7:30. I called him at 7:45 and he said he was 30 min away.
I had to scramble to get cars and drivers it was a total mess. Most unprofessional and worst car service I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen one not be early these guys were one hour late. He could have at least given notice so we could call a cab. I rarely write bad reviews but these guys deserve it. Ridiculous!!!

I called on Fri for 5pm sat afternoon drive from center of Sarasota to Sarasota airport. Jerry’s price was $ 23. He called and texted. prior. He sent a cultured driver in a tan Lincoln Town Car, clean, comfortable and we were in airport in 20 minutes. The driver showed up at 4:55 PM and helped me with my bags. We had a fun conversation the entire way, although this driver would have followed my lead had I not been interested in talking.
This was more than Über (who would have been a MYSTERY driver) and less than some other taxi companies. I chose Jerry because of the accurate Unilocal reviews
I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.
ps I had called another recommended co first. and they were busy. When I asked them for a recommended co, they told me to call the taxi company. officially accepted at airport. think it was DIPLOMAT. their review s were AWFUL

First and foremost, Jerry was punctual. He arrived on the dot. His refreshingly pleasant attitude is worth using his service alone. Through some small talk, he did mention consistent servicing of his vehicle. The car was clean, and in an area saturated with similar services, the pricing was fair. Jerry is simply a good guy who takes pride in his business.

We had a last minute emergency because the garage door would not open, trapping my car inside. I had to get my son to school, because he had missed too much school already.
I called Jerry’s 7:08 and the car was at my house by 7:35, a full 5 minutes before he said he’d be there. The car was immaculate, inside and out and very comfortable.
The drive was safe and calm. No stress. The price was more than fair.
If we need taxi service again, Jerry’s will be the first call we make!

I found this cab company online and called them for a ride to the Tampa airport from Sarasota. This experience left me actually scared for my life. The cab driver was swerving, twitching, slapping his leg, jerking. I don’t think I will ever understand what happened with him but this man should not be allowed to drive yet alone a cab driver. For your safety, do not call this number or use this company.
