They were 2 days late and drove my friends car and put 200 miles on it and trashed the car. Do not use them.

Terrible customer service, owner extremely rude. Car was delivered 1 week late w/​no explanations. Jan 21^th we requested our car to be sent to Florida because my brother needed it for work and it needed to be there Sunday, Jan 26^th the latest. The owner, Murilo informed us that he had a truck leaving Massachusets on Feb 22^th and that the truck would arrive in FL by the 25^th. He told us the charge and asked me to email him with my car’s information and from there he would email me something to enter my credit card info and pay for the bill. My email was sent and no email was received back. On tuesday, Jan 22 Murilo was supposed to stop by my house to pick up the car at 1pm, however he did no show up and called me at 4pm requesting if I could take the car to his lot instead. Not thinking too much of it and trying to help him out, I did take the car and left it in the lot. My mother also asked if it was okay with him to send a suitcase in the car with some of my brther’s belongings, in which he agreed to. Thursday, 25^th my mother calls him to find out about the car since it had not arrived, no calls were returned. My brother then calls from his number which was unknown to Murilo and he picks up saying that the truck had not left MA yet but that the car would be there by Sunday. No apologizes were made, no explanation was given. Sunday comes around and the car does not arrive in FL, my mother proceeded to call Murilo’s cell phone and no calls were returned. On Monday, she decided to call his office where his employee answered and said he would try to get a hold of Murilo to find out what was going on. The emplyee called back and said that the truck would arrive in FL on Jan 30^th. On the 30^th the car was not there and my mother called their office again, the employee made the truck driver call my mother (Murilo was supposed to be the one driving the truck). The driver told my mom that the car would be arriving on Jan 31^st aroudn 10 – 10:30am at my brother’s school and that if he was not outside waiting for the car he would simply leave, not what we had planned. Later on the 30^th my mother sent Murilo a text worried about my brother’s belongings since Murilo was not the one driving the truck like he had assured us. Murilo’s response was: «I am not going to ask anything nor look bad in front of my driver over some worthless s*.» On the 31^st, one week late the car arrives at my brother’s school in FL, the driver would not let the car down until we paid. However, I had not received the email requesting payment until that morning. My mother proceded to call Murilo before paying because she wanted to knwo what type of discount he would provide us since the car was extremely late and we had spend money on taxis so my brother could attend his responsabilities. Murilo did not call, he then started texting me requesting the money: «Your car is in front of your brother with the driver I am not letting it down the truck until you pay.» I then told him that my mother wanted to speak to him. A few minutes later he textes again completely ignoring my message: «I still don’t see money in my account.» I then proceeded to call him and ask him why he was treating us the way he was, we are customers, he was not doing us a favor. He still did not apologize, hung up on me. Being the type of people that we are we paid it in full but thought other people should know about the horrible service this company offers*
