Pooches recently advertised that they were under new management so I made an appointment for grooming. We had had our dogs groomed there for a long time when it was owned by Rhonda Norden and that service was excellent.
Then it changed hands and we had a very bad experience; but, if management had changed again, I was willing to give it a try.
When I arrived for my appointment I was met at the door by a very unsmiling woman who said that she had groomed my dog many times before. But I thought it was under new management – whoops — maybe someone else owns it but the old, terrible groomer was still there.
She was not professional or at all friendly and I left. My dog was groomed by a wonderful woman much closer to my home that afternoon (I got in after a cancellation). Never will I go back to Poochies again. They are unprofessional and unpleasant people.

This place used to be great, but apparently they now have a groomer who works blindfolded. They basically shaved my schnauzer despite being told to leave his fur full and then when I complained they blamed it on his «skin condition». It’s so bad my neighbors look at him and ask what’s wrong with him .He was groomed many tiimes in the past with no problems at all. The manager was of no help at all. I advise you took your grooming needs elsewhere.

Got a last minute wash and nails. Our dog played all day, got great treatment and was returned pooped. Everyone there loves dogs. If you’re like me and always worry, take your dog here!

This is both a great grooming shop and a «Doggy Day Care» so it is very attractive for the pets.
The place is very light and airy and is kept sparking clean. They have several options for the dogs to play and socialize and they are separated by size, so none of them are overwhelmed.
The groomers are careful and considerate and well trained. The entire staff has a very upbeat attitude and makes leaving your loved pup there a very comfortable experience.
Prices are very competitive and fair.
