They have an amazing selection of grains, teas, salts, and seasoning, but one of the workers there is lowkey racist. Living in San Fran my whole life I’ve never personally been faced with prejudice, so when I was treated there differently than the other customers I was shocked.

What a lovely spice & tea shop! You can’t resist it because it smelled too good! Wish we found it earlier before our last shopping for spices. Yet, friendly staff plus variety of spices & tea, we still left with a bag of goodies. Heavenly Chamomile! Roses smelled wonderful too.

Everything we have tried from this wonderful store has been fresh ! Whether spices or teas, we have sampled several varieties and were always very pleased. Love the Jamaican Jerk seasoning and the Mango green Tea !! If those flavors don’t float your boat, there are many others to choose from… blackening seasoning, flavored orzo, flowery, fruity, green or black teas to name a few other choices.

Located on the popular St. Armand’s Circle is a cute little spice & tea shop! You can smell all the different spices and teas which is really cool. The employees are really helpful and will let you taste one if you are curious. I fell in love with the truffle salt, yum! My mouth was watering immediately in the best way possible. If you are a tea lover or like to cook at all, I promise you will love this cute little shop. I’m a fan and will be back. Cheers & Enjoy!

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this great little spice & tea shop while enjoying a leisurely stroll around beautiful St. Armand’s Circle. We were drawn in by all the interesting spices & teas in great variety that filled the walls of this small shop. They have such a wide range of offerings that would certainly complete any recipe or fill up a delicious mug of tea. There were many things i had not heard of before, but luckily the customer service was fantastic here. The employees were not only friendly, but also informative & knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and help us find the right things for what we were looking for. Some of the most interesting things they offer include himalayan rock salt, a wide variety of sugars and all kinds of combo spices for cooking different kinds of meat and seafood. The prices were reasonable and it’s easy to try alot of different spices since you can purchase them in small amounts. Everything smelled and looked delicious. Truly a chef’s heaven here. We could have stayed here for hours looking at all the unique spices and teas. Would recommend anybody in the area take some time to stop by here.

If you love flavor and you love to cook then you have to visit this spot. I love the options! Pre-mixed spice blends for any protein you can think of, lots of salt-free options for those watching their salt intake, specialty salts and sugars, bulk teas, cheese powders which I had never seen before. You need to allow yourself some time to browse, smell, taste and then dive into the very impressive options to bring home with you. also the little bags they spices come in make them convenient and handy to pack for souvenirs for anyone you want to bring a taste of Sarasota home for.

This is the third location for this store my husband and I have visited… and once again we were not disappointed in the selection or the customer service. We were even recognized by a staff member who we chatted with at the Key West location six months ago. The spices are all so fresh and the mixtures are inventive and flavorful. We are definitely big fans.

Dropped in here the other day for the first time, my wife and I were on a little beach trip for the long weekend. They have a huge array of spices and teas, and I was quite pleased with the excellent customer service there. She had a great knowledge of many of the different spices, and directed us to a few items that she thought we might have interest in(those all turned out great). I could have spent an hour in here smelling and sampling everything, and I walked away knowing I would want to come back and try more down the line. Overall, this was a great experience, and I can’t wait to try what we bought, as I know it will be outstanding.

The store is simply delightful! I loved the collection of spices and teas. There are is a great variety and you can sample and smell most of them. I bought the peach rooibos tea as well as the ginger turmeric. Both are amazing!

A very large selection of spices and teas. If you are into sampling, they encourage it. The store is very organized and you can find almost any spice you can imagine here. There are a lot of teas as well, but it is more of a spice place. They also have soup mixes and rices. If you like to cook and try new things, then you will be in heaven at the possibilities offered here.

Spice and Tea exchange… you are awesome. I fell in love with the pretty array of spices and beautiful sanding sugars and all the lovely teas. I was warmly greeted by a new employee, she nervously said hello and did her little greeting. It was nice and very friendly upon walking in. I’m a foodie, so this was a great place to shop for spices. I could have bought everything in sight, but I’m a big fan of Penzey’s spices so this was just the extravagant version at a shop. I loved the spice blends, but they were a wee bit costly for my tastes. I did pick a couple teas — Green Tropical Tea, Cranberry Apple Tea, and Mango Green tea. These teas had instantly caught my attention and I was already picturing the«zen» of it all. The Green tropical tea smelled heavenly, and I’m an avid tea drinker… when I’m not drinking coffee. These were refreshing to smell, and very unique. I was kinda bummed that the tea sampler bags that were already prepared had 2 out of the 3 selections that I had wanted. I really wanted these three… so I had to buy all teas separate at $ 4.89 for each bag. The employee was new and had almost made a custom sampler for me before she realized she wasn’t allowed to prepare a sampler for me. Oh well… I also got espresso sugar — which I plan on using for topping my espresso drinks, and the raspberry sugar for some sweet cupcakes. Overall, I enjoyed shopping at this location and would hopefully buy some more items via online since there are no locations in California. Check them out at

It’s ok. They don’t have much tea. Expensive & I saw the largest roach I’ve ever seen in my life(I’m from the North) and I had to leave. More a store for spices.

I walked by this store about 4 times before I actually went in. I really wanted to visit when I could spend some time in there. Everything looked bright, fresh and delicious, from the large variety of spices to the flavored sugars and salts to the exotic rices. Their spice blends made on premises. The manager was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. From someone who loves to cook, this store was a joy to shop in. I wish there was one closer to home!
