As a healthcare professional, I feel that I am empathetic towards other physician offices. I can understand when appointments get delayed by 10 or even 15 minutes. However when an appointment is over 30 minutes late, it’s easy to get frustrated. That’s when a good front office staff can make all the difference with empathy and courtesy. This office has nothing but a COLD feel to it. Linda at the front was very rude when I simply inquired about the delay. I was finally taken in the back for preliminary work and once again a cold un-apologetic attitude from the nurse. At this point I did something I’ve never done before: I walked out without seeing the doc. I waited 3 months to schedule with him and that’s how far I was driven by this experience. No doctor is that good to make up for a couple of really bad«apples». I guess I’ll never know how good the actual appointment could have been. I think there are a few really good eye docs in town that surely have good front end staff. This most definitely isn’t one of them. COLD, UN-EMPATHETIC, NOTTIMECONSCIOUS, LACKINGPROFESSIONALISM.
