Vapin Lizards SRQ

Brendan was super awesome and got in and out with everything we needed after losing our rig on the beach.

This is my go-​to spot when I can’t get to Totally Wicked for juice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Great flavors and sample mods for tasting. High quality juice, obviously more expensive.
Vapin Lizards are lacking the incentive their competitors offer, which would bring me back more if it were there. I’m all about bang for my buck and in that area Totally Wicked is killing it. I can return something with no issues, walk out happy without hassle which apparently is not the case with Vapin Lizards unless their policy changed. When due for a new mod I’m going to go where I know there are no return issues. Totally Wicked always goes above and beyond in that area.
I’d like to see this spot succeed. 500 points for a freebie of juice is insane for the amount of money spent IMO.
With a few changes, I’d be a regular customer.

An excellent vape shop indeed. I enjoy chatting with the staff and trying out their ever-​changing selection. I think their prices are competitive as well.
I am a big fan of the store and the ones in Bradenton as well. They know their stuff and are a nice bunch of guys. I totally recommend this shop. I visit there at least once every 2 weeks.

ONLY REASON WHY THIS PLACE GETS A 1 star is had to pick one. THIS PLACE SUCKS … THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY BOYFRIEND BOUGHT ME A $ 70 mod … IT QUIT WORKING AFTER 10 DAYS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T DO ANYTHING TO SEND IT TO THE MANUFACTURER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER … BEING THE CUSTOMER AND IN A INDUSTRY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE … YOU SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER… I GAVE YOU MY BUSINESS FROM YOUR COMPETITOR AND YOU CAN COUNT ON TOTALLY WICKED IS GETTING IT BACK. Note: we were in there prior when we had issues with the tip … And they knew this… And we’re fine. 3 days after the 7 days and they don’t back the product they sell. And there is no sign and saying this, they don’t tell you and it’s not even on your receipt. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
FOLLOW UP — went to Totally Wicked — they sell the same set up for $ 10 bucks less, looked at the one not working, did more w/​my broken battery then Vapin Lizard and it wasn’t even their product!
Offered me other options and they advised I could just buy just the battery… That wasn’t offered up at crappy Vapin Lizards. Customer Service was outstanding as always. Even showed us the proper way to prime the atomizer… Nobody showed that to my boyfriend when he purchased who doesn’t vape at all, and didn’t know when I asked him. That alone speaks volumes on the customer and knowledge of the product.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THIER MONEY OR TIME AT VAPIN LIZARD.
MORE LIKE A HANGOUT THEN A RETAIL STORE.
Last side note… They don’t even have proper ventilation in this storefront that is approximately 400 square feet. Their selection sucks as well of liquid choices.

The staff there is VERY knowledgeable. They will help you with anything vape related. If you’re not sure what flavors you’relooking for, they’ll make recommendations based on what you’re into. If you want to build your first setup, they can help you do it right and stay safe in the process. I highly recommend Vapin Lizards!
