The springs are fun to check out. I know that everyone said they drink from them and they have these healing properties… etc, etc… but I just went to check them out really. At this particular park there are actually several springs. I did try the springs but just a sip at each one :) The smell is rather strong at a couple of them :)

Best mineral water in the world! This is a love or hate relationship for most. I always love seeing people come up and bottling the water to bring home. There’s lots of health benefits from this water but will definitely shock the first time drinker. Kids have a tough time with it, but I highly recommend stopping and trying. It’s a historical Saratoga landmark and treasure that gives you a free drink with no limitations. Doesn’t get any better than that.

I travel to Saratoga Springs every August, and the first thing I always do when I arrive in town is to drink from Hathorn Spring No. 1. It smells like rotten eggs and tastes super salty… it’s THE BEST.
