Joy was such a pleasure to work with! Her patience and upbeat attitude really helped with the emotional task of selling my mom’s home of over 35 years! She did the work of a team of 4 (or more!), overseeing extensive remodeling by various contractors (which she recommended and got estimates from), emailing us reports and pictures of the work as it progressed (since we live far away), extensive cleaning of the yard/​patio, including planting flowers, and selling the condo for much more than the asking price. Her professionalism, dedication and commitment are above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. I feel that I’ve gained a life-​long friend and I would highly recommend her! She has the perfect name because she is truly a «joy»!

Joy Kruger is a JOY to work with! Joy was part of the team that helped my sister and I prepare and sell our mom’s house last year. Well, helped isn’t exactly the right word. Once we had the house emptied of 65 years’ worth of stuff, Joy stepped in and did the real ‘heavy lifting.’ With input from us, she took the ball and ran with it. When we had no idea what we were doing or what needed to be done, she led us. From cleaning teams to painters to garage door replacement to landscape people to a fantastic staging person, Joy helped us through all of the difficulties. When there were decisions to be made, Joy did the research, clearly laid out her findings, and stepped back while we made our decisions. We were entirely in her capable hands, and she made what could have been a tedious, gruelling process easy and fun.
She has great energy, is very upbeat, and approaches her work with enthusiasm. We had a lot of laughs with her as well. On the weekend of the one and only open house (the house sold within the week), my sister and I visited to see what had become of the nightmare that had been our elderly mom’s home. Joy had marshalled a gloomy, dark, smoke-​infested house into a bright, cheery, non-​smelly, lovely home. For a moment I thought to myself, ‘gee, I want to buy this house!‘
Joy is very special, and the kind of person you don’t want to lose track of in your life. Though we do live a distance from each other, we have kept in touch since then. She helped make our real estate experience memorable in the best way, and is truly everything described above and more. You really can’t go wrong with Joy in your corner.

My husband and I just bought our first home. Since we are both from other countries the whole buying process in the US was really a black box for us. Joy was very easy to work with, very patient and on top of things. She explained to us every single detail, was always ready to answer our questions and give advice. She took extra good care of us from helping from research until closing. She even hooked us up with a great Mortgage Banker from Wells Fargo who took care of our lending needs.
She understood how busy we are and was always ready to take care of things for us, meet on odd hours when necessary and look after our needs. She took care of all inspections, paperwork, appointments, anything that did not really require our close attention and was very detailed given us information on the outcome.
As a bonus, Joy is very fun to work with, is always in a great mood and knows how to cheer you up when something goes wrong. She was able to calm me down multiple times during the process, buying the first house can be very emotional.
She is going to be our realtor for life.
