Had a great experience with A.J. Rose after a not-​so good one with their competitor in Danversport. First we used the internet to thoroughly research what makes a good quality carpet. Then we researched who had the largest inventory locally. A.J. has the largest selection on the North Shore. Connie helped us when we arrived, adding suggestions and pulling samples from their overwheming choice. She also played referee when we came to a stalemate; I wanted big and bold; my husband wanted very light colors. We ended up buying Diamanté carpet; two variations of the same pattern; big and bold for the hall, light for the staircase. It takes a while for the ordering process to happen so don’t be in a rush. Tthey professionally measure first and send out very professional carpet installers. The installers arrived precisely at 8 am and had the whole thing finished, and old carpet removed in 2 hours tops. I think they even vacumed and cleaned up around the staircase. We cannot believe how soft and luxurious Diamanté carpet is; the old carpet was frayed and stiff almost from the start. Do your homework, understand your options, then work with AJ Rose. Oh, and buy a high quality mat for underneath your carpet.

We visited A.J. Rose a couple of weeks ago, asking if they could get our hall carpet installed within 2 weeks. Michael was great-​he helped us with the rug choices, came to the house and measured on a Sunday and scheduled the installation for the following Thursday. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and they did an amazing job! Expertly installed and the carpet is absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for carpeting!

I love the carpet I just bought at the new A.J. Rose carpet store in Saugus. Their customer service was excellent. I needed carpet for my bedroom and the first one they showed me was the one I ended up choosing. The sales manager came to measure the next day and was a great help choosing the right color from the color swatch board he brought with him. The installers were excellent. They came right on time and moved my heavy bedroom furniture carefully. They worked fast and vacuumed everything before leaving. The carpet is plush and feels wonderful to walk on barefoot. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a carpet store, and I ‘ve dealt with many for different residences over the years. I highly recommend A. J Rose Carpet Store.
