Carbone’s did such a good job fixing my car and dealing with the insurance company. I really liked that Bob sent emails with the progress of the car and responded right away when I had questions. Carbone’s was recommended to me by my father who went to Carbone’s to get his car fixed because a friend of his recommended the place. I can see why everyone recommends Carbone’s. Great shop, great work, great people!

I have had my vehicle repaired 7 times over the years at JC Carbone. Unfortunately I seem to be a target for every poor driver. Bob takes his business seriously, treats your car the same way he’d treat his, and accepts no BS from the insurance companies. Emails along the way with progress and just excellent communication throughout. Don’t be fooled by the humble look of the place, it’s a small shop with a small team of experienced body work guys who do top rate work.
