My wife and I went to our friends birthday party at a Creative Canvas event. We had such a great time. Once everyone arrived, Kendis explained how everything worked and introduced us to our our artist, Kristin. We had three different pictures to choose from and we let the birthday girl pick the painting. Most of the people there had no artistic background at all but Kristin did a great job walking us through the process. We started with the base layers and gradually built up. She provided guidance about mixing paints and answered all of our questions. It was really cool to see the painting take shape. At one point, we all took a break for some food and drinks. The environment was very laid back and relaxing.
At the end of the evening, everyone could not believe how well their painting came out. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. Highly recommended.
