He quoted my mother $ 150 to clean the carpet at her house, so she scheduled it. Once he finished the job, he told her it would be $ 200 because he tried «extra hard». The carpet was not very dirty to begin with, but it wasn’t any better after he started. No dirt came up from the «high traffic» spot. Also, all of the «dents» that were left behind from the couch were still there. I tried for about 10 minutes and was able to remove the dents (and it wasn’t «extra hard»).

He came to clean my bedroom carpet, he was supposed to come back and retreat a spot. where the dog pee’d .we played phone tag for a week…
That was about 3 weeks ago never heard from him again.
He charged me $ 90

Was referred to Josef’s by a previous customer and I can’t say enough about how great their services are! My rugs and couch looks amazing! Like new again! I have 2 pets (cat & dog) with brown micro-​suede couch and a beige carpet– you can imagine how gross they can get. Josef Sr. came to my house at the time I was scheduled for and was super polite and professional. He talked to me about what he was going to do/​what he could do and went right to work. Every stain was removed from the carpet-​including the 2yr old red wine stain! I am so happy with the results and his professionalism I would recommend him to anyone! Great job! I also hugged him after because he was sooo sweet :)
