Everything baked from scratch.
We never use pre-made batters, doughs, or fillings. We use a non-GMO flour and use cane sugar instead of beet sugar. We never deep fry anything, everything is baked. We pride ourselves in using as many non-GMO, all natural and organic products as possible.
We brew our own vanilla in house and also make our own yogurt.
We are proud to offer gluten friendly (no gluten added but not made in a gluten free facility) products as well as options for diabetics.
We are proud to serve Organic Kickapoo Coffee which we never grind until we use it as well as Torani syrups, Four Elements Tea and Wildtree products.
We take custom orders all of the time from birthday cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, to dinner rolls, breads, and pies.
We have business/meeting trays available for order as well as coffee pots to go!
