Wollak Construction

Found this company extremely hard to deal with. owner was not very forthcomming with certain information. unfortuanately, seems to have trouble reading blueprints when the home is of custom design. found my wall in my great room did not have the tall wall package it was designed to have. one window needed to be lowered and when the fireplace company came to install the stacks on the chimney, they refused to install because there was too much movement in the fire box. from what I have heard, Wollak had a couple key employees that did excellent work and took alot of pride. now all the construction is farmed out and from my experience the quality has really suffered. just my opinion, I would reccommend you investigate on your own and form your own opinion. since hiring a new contractor to complete my project. It has made building a home the pleasure it should be.
