Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! I ordered a pool and was told it would be there within a few days. The guys came to level the ground to install the new pool in place of one that has been there for almost 20 years promptly, so that was good. I was promised the new one would be there the next day, several days go by with unanswered phone calls and still no pool. Finally after nearly a week I receive a call that he went on vacation and he would be up shortly to finish the job. A few more days go by and finally the pool arrives and took several more days for it to finally be installed. Thankfully the pool is now up after nearly a month, BUT the liner was never smoothed out and the floor of the pool is extremely bumpy. Terrible job, absolutely horrible, and I’m out several thousand to make matters worse.
