Montessori Sparrow Creek School

Sparrow Creek School is the best preschool around. The attention each child receives is unbelievable — they have a 5 to 1 ratio. Judith and the teachers truly focus on knowing each and every child… knowing their learning abilities, social abilities, personalities. Both of my children (now 1^st and 3^rd) went to Sparrow Creek and I feel so incredibly blessed that they received such a wonderful foundation for education. I told my 3^rd grade son that I was writing a review for Sparrow Creek and asked him if there was anything he thought I should say. He said:
«The kids help each other.
The kids respect each other.
And no one feels left out.»
(pretty cool, eh?)
This is also a place where children get to be the owners of their own domain. A place for them to explore, learn, be responsible, and figure out how to coexist with others. Don’t expect to sit on the floor for circle time until 11:30 because parents are requested to say goodbye at the door. It may sound harsh now, but believe me… it’s the BEST!
I also should tell you that I’ve met a lot of alumni over the years. Both the parents and children I talk with have incredibly wonderful memories of SCS as well as a love and adoration for the teachers like nothing I’ve seen before or since. I guess you can tell that I’m a fan.
