Sailing Memo Boat Charters was launched in 2013. As one of the youngest charter companies on the bay, at Sailing Memo Boat Charters you will find a fresh, easy going atmosphere that his liked by both young and old. The vessel sailed is the New Zealand built Elliott 1050 «Basic Instinct» which is the only boat of her kind in the US. She is meticulously maintained and will deliver a fabulous sailing experience. Captain Memo comes from a family full of excitement and adventure. Having been born on his parents boat off the coast of Mexico, Memo literally was sailing before he could walk and talk. At a young age, Memo ventured into the world of racing first in bicycles, then motorcycles, and then found his way into car racing. Because of his talent and dedication, in a very short time Memo established himself as one of the top race car drivers in the US and has competed with and won against the biggest names in the sport of car racing. Memo continues to compete at the sports highest levels. As much as Memo has a passion to race cars, his love for the water has never been far from his heart. As an avid sailor, Memo competes in numerous SF Bay sailboat races throughout the year. Memo also owns and runs sailing Memo Boat Charters and is a captain for hire for numerous charter companies. Memo hold a 100 Ton US Coast Guard license.
