This is a follow up — I did get some satisfaction and to be fair to the City for their courtesy, I wanted to Unilocal.I sent an email to the City Manager who replied in less than one day and then I got an email from the Community Development Director asking me to call to discuss this matter. I called and he gave me verbal permission to «go for it» and even said a 10 square was considered minor enough to not require a permit. Now where is that written? Why isn’t it made crystal clear? I’d have given 5 stars if they would change one of the tens of documents or post it on their In the Loop email so other people would know. Still, they jumped to it so…
