For over 30 years Tarlow Design has been helping Entrepreneur start-ups, inventors and corporations develop, patent and manufacture their new product ideas. We have worked on over 500 products resulting in over 1 Billion dolars in retail sales. Our fully equiped prototype shop in Sausalito CA turns out beautiful and functional models. We specialize in finding unique patentable solutions to each product’s requirements and can help prepare a utility patent to protect key features. Ken Tarlow is a published author («Mind To Money» available at Amazon), holder of 80 patents, univeristy industrial design instructor, member of who’s who of American Inventors and 40 year member if Industrial Designers Society of America and founder of Young Inventors of America — a not for profit company that teaches kids how to invent.

Ken Tarlow graduated with a BS Degree in Industrial Design in 1970. He has worked for large corporations such as Casablanca Fan Company, where he was head of engineering and design, and has also worked in large industrial design firms such as the Stansbury Company in Beverly Hills CA where he rose to become a senior product design engineer. In 1984 Ken formed his own industral design company that specializes in helping start-up entrepreneurs and inventors develop their unique product ideas. Over the past 30 years Ken has helped his clients develop over 500 products worth over 1 Billion dollars in retail sales. Ken has also taught industrial design at Acadamy of Art University, and is the author of «Mind To Money» as well as founder of Young Inventors of America — helping kids learn the invention process. Lately, Ken has also been helping a few well established corporations as their «outside innovator»
