I have had formal training as a chef and The PME Professional Diplomas in Sugarpaste, Royal Icing & Sugar Flowers and was awarded a Masters Certificate. Since there was less than 10 of us (at the time) I was honored to have gone through school with 5 of the other students that also received this diploma from the «International School of Confectionary & Sugar Arts in Atlanta Georgia. Under the instruction of one of the top 10 Pastry Chefs in the world, «Nicholas Lodge» www.nicholaslodge.com. Chef Lodge also teaches at the www.frenchpastryschool.com in Chicago.
I have also received Certificates in – catering, gluten free, Cake Baking Technology 1 from AIB International and Master Applied Baking Science and Technology International…
