My wife and I have been long term Verizon customers as we have never had anything less then superb service and great customer care when we have entered the store or have simply called on the phone. On Sunday we decided to upgrade one of our phones and the interaction with Ms Autum was amazing. She was kind, upfront and honest, knowledgable and efficient. She made us feel welcomed and for that ‘kudos’. My new LGG4 is sweet!!!

I came here to buy an iPad or iPad mini for my business and I wanted to see them side by side. I got to see a sealed box. They had none on display and were not about to let a customer look at a $ 600 — $ 900 item before purchase. Going elsewhere.

my name is anthony washington, and i was at the store this afternoon on victory drive, and recieved the help of a young lady, whose name is mrs cherell hill, mrs hill has my upmost praise, as she went above and beyond to help me, solve the problem that i had with my phone service, she made sure that i was taken care of in a great manner, she was just great, if i could write the president of this company, to let them know, that they have a jewel representing their company, i would she stands out, in a world where customer service has gone to the dogs she’s one in a million, thanks cherell hill for helping me.

Talk about a total let down! Two weeks into owning the phone and I’m having * Wifi issues * Screen sensitivity problems * Big black spot on all my photos So I email Kimberly on 10⁄6 and ask about what can be done and she gets back to me on the same day saying she’ll call me on Monday(10⁄8). Monday rolls around, no call, so I email again on Monday with no response. 10⁄10 rolls around and I call but she’s gone for the day and there’s no managers on duty. The person, Chris, takes my info and concerns and says he’ll call me back shortly. Guess what? He never calls back. I stop in a couple days later and there’s no managers on duty and the guy Steven treats me like I’m an idiot for coming in since it’s now beyond their 14 day return period and because I’d have to arrange for a new one directly with Verizon. I was told I would get good customer service and so far all I have is a defective phone and being ignored by this company. Fail. Sure! Go here if you want awesome, sweet customer service when you’re buying, but as soon as you’re out the door expect them not to live up to their promises.
