Awesome salon, really friendly and attentive. It has a creative vibe and the hair stylists all seem like hair artists. I went in with a general idea and Valerie pulled up some photos for me and made sure we were on the same page. I showed up with boring, dry, over processed hair and left with a kind of edgy, asymmetrical pixie. SUPER happy with it. Obvious that she knew what she was doing, every detail was perfect. Styled it really well. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a good salon. Wow thank goodness I found this place. My stylist was Ericaa, and she was great! I would recommend her and any of the other stylist in there! I got my hair cut and colored & an eyebrow wax. I love the cut and color & wax. I’ve now found my new salon forever now.. Check this place out, if looking for a GREAT Salon!

So glad I decided to give Color Geek a try and so excited that I found Rayne Moreaux! Everyone at Color Geek is super nice and welcoming. Rayne is the focus of my review though because she is amazing! I’ve always said I must be the worst client for hairstylists because I can’t seem to verbalize what I’m looking for in cut and color. No need this time because Rayne read my mind! The color she did was exactly what I was thinking and looks gorgeous. She did such a beautiful job blending the color for a natural look. The cut is perfect too. To me the sign of good cut and color is that your hair looks healthier after your visit and that is definitely what happened in my case. Highly recommend Color Geek!

I have been a client at Color Geek for almost 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the owner, staff, service and products. Not only is the service friendly and professional, it is also very reasonably priced. My hair looks the best it has in decades and that’s all because of August. Ericca also maintains my brows and has even done my makeup for a photo shoot. Everyone at Color Geek is totally awesome and makes me feel like a valued client and friend each and every time I come in. The salon is always neat and clean and has great parking. So if you are looking for A+ service (THE best in Savannah in my opinion) and a wonderful location with ample free parking (no feeding the meter here), then you should go to Color Geek.

Best salon in Savannah hands down! All of the stylists are great and work together as a team to make sure you walk out of the salon more than happy with their work, and feeling fabulous! Have been going to the color geek for four years now and will NEVER get my hair done any where else! Their passion for hair and love for their clients makes this salon like no other!

Everyone that works here is friendly and courteous. I’ve never had a bad cut here and would recommend this establishment to friends and family. I can’t wait to get my haircut again!

Everyone at the color Geek was the epitome of awesome and professional! I came in to get a trim and to look into future color options. Ericaa did a great job with my curly hair and we went over a couple of ideas for some subtle color that would be low maintenance. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

Definitely found my new salon. Very tranquil atmosphere and a very confident and seasoned staff. I came in wanting something specific, and getting it was easy and fun. I have very long hair and find it hard to find a wonderful stylist, and in traveling, I’ve been to tons of salons and have only found 2 stylist that I was totally happy with, and now it’s three. Also, the most comfortable rinse chair ever

August is amazing! He has the ability to take what you tell him you want and put his own little twist to it and WWWHHAAAAAAALA A magnificent hair style! Try it you will not be disappointed (:

This is a great place to go for a haircut! Very reasonable prices, and one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had– probably THE best haircut.
Trey cut my hair. He is very sociable, sweet, and accommodating. I told him what I wanted — something funky but not too out there, since I work at a pretty conservative place. Not only did Trey listen to me, but he got August (the owner) involved too! As Trey was cutting my hair, he asked August what he thought about doing various things to give me more texture and whatnot (I didn’t understand a lot of their jargon). August gave his input, and even got out his scissors to cut my hair, too. Two stylists for the price of one! I felt like they really listened to me, and did their best to give me what I wanted. They showed me different ways to style my hair so that it could be professional vs. trendy. And I just can’t emphasize enough how nice it was to have two stylists, working together, to give me the best haircut for my texture, length, and requests.
I tried another salon after this one, and was VERY disappointed with the service given and the price I paid. I’m growing my hair out, but next time I’m ready for a haircut, Color Geek is where I’ll go!

I got my hair cut and dyed from blonde, to a very pretty light brown. The Paul Mitchell dye Trey used (who which, is awesome, ill get back to that.) was so beautiful. The color is so radiant! If you go there you must do the Awapuhi Wild Ginger Treatment. I did, and my hair has never been so soft! Its been a week since i was there and my hair is still as soft as it was the first day. And the cut! I love it. i wanted to go short, and i was so nervous, but Trey made it so easy. He didnt go too short, and gave my such a cute syle with some side swept bangs. The cost is so cheap too! Cut, Syle, Dye and the awapuhi treatment for $ 110! i was getting ready for it to be at least $ 200. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done!
