Reported a problem to them the same week the warranty expired, and two weeks later (after they’d had the car back twice!) they indicate it will not be covered under the factory warranty! They had the car leading up to the warranty expiration. How was I to report it?
Service department also terrible about returning callbacks; they are good at dodging your calls, too. «Slick» Rick was our service advisor.
I expected more from a MB service center. Then I realized it was THIS service center that was the problem. I bought a special car — I should receive special service!
Good luck on getting a loaner from them, too! Requested a call from a service manager multiple times,…to this day not sure if we ever truly spoke with one. And all the days they had my car, never received a loaner!
Paid $ and still don’t have our issue resolved. Taking my Benz to Hilton Head!

I love my Mercedes. The sales staff is attentive without being pushy or annoying. Have only used service for very minor issues but couldn’t be more satisfied.

I dealt remotely with Mark Arnold in BMW sales over the course of two days. He was friendly, very responsive, and NOT pushy (something all of us hate about car salesmen). He worked to accommodate a myriad of issues I raised during the car-​buying experience. Once on-​site, my wife and I dealt with both Gilbert and Richard, the General Manager. They too were easy going, didn’t pressure you into anything, and worked to meet our every need. I would highly recommend checking out Critz BMW if you’re in the market for a new or used BMW.

I dropped my car off for some minor service and there was a miscommunication about the price of the parts. I was told the total would be around $ 300 and it turned out to be $ 588. I expressed my unhappiness and Critz ate the labor and charged me for the parts– $ 322 total. Great customer service.
