Business Owner

Chief Surgeon at Digital Doc, Eric was born working on computer systems and fixing broken computers. He spends his time developing Savannah’s Local business communities while on the board of directors for the Small Business Chamber and Downtown Business Association. An Eagle Scout, soccer coach and world traveler, he donates his time and services to the Savannah Children’s Choir, Boys and Girls Club of America and American Diabetes Association.

I’ve already written one review for Digital Doc, but I thought I’d just praise them some more. I took my computer in because it wasn’t recognizing the hard drive. They did a free diagnostic and found out my cable needed replacing. Since my screen was cracked they fixed that as well for a reduced price. They actually overnight expressed the glass for my computer because they know I’m a busy student. They kept me informed every step of the way, even to tell me that the heat from the glue had removed some of my stickers. I can’t stress enough how lovely these guys are, I highly recommend them.

I brought my laptop here after another place around the corner failed to even look at my computer promptly. They guys were very friendly and helpful and looked at my laptop right away and had it finished within a couple of hours. I was so thankful they cared enough to get the job done and had pride in their work! It was a little expensive ($ 150 for virus clean up), but other than that they did a great job and I will go to them again!

Talk about a breath of fresh air! The Digital Doc is Savannah’s fastest computer repair shop. I can call them anytime and they schedule a time to come to my home, or they can remotely connect into my computer to fix problems.
They are extremely responsive, the best in the business.
Their knowledge is so incredible, and yet they break everything down for me when I ask for it.
After setting up my new computer and transferring all the old data over, they fixed my computer up to have free antivirus. What a gem in Savannah. Thank you for all the help Digital Doc!
