Specialties

My specialties are small to medium sized weddings (favorite type work!), and any type of location portraiture or events such as couples, families and engagement sessions. Corporate properties and editorial work for promotional materials like websites are also a specialty. I have shot over six hundred weddings and I believe they have all had a strong element of pure fun as well as hard work. It is, in a way, an honor to be chosen, and trusted to shoot them.

History

Established in 1980.

I have the advantage of many years experience and may be Savannah’s most experienced photographer. I operated and owned a studio at City Market for over twenty years as well as worked and honed my skills working in San Francisco, Ca. This, following intense formal photo training at the University of Georgia (BFA). Learning mistakes were dealt with many years ago.

I would say that professionally that I take every job very seriously and serve anyone to the best of my abilities who has hired me each and every time. I am very lucky to have a vocation like commercial photography and plan on doing it until I drop. Fun plays a big role in doing this, especially the weddings.
