Got an appt same day after my AC died. Keith the technician was very nice. He even called me an hour earlier than planned to say he could come early. He was very honest about what was needed. I think he could have told me I needed a new motor and I would have accepted it. But it was a much smaller issue. Will definitely call them again should I ever need to!

We were able to get a high grade system, (quiet) and rebates from Ga Power paid directly to us totaling $ 3275.00 within 6 weeks after install. And we didn’t break the bank. We were cautious, checked out the claims, and they are true. We are thankful we made the call to Old Coast. With our new system we should save $ 50 a month on our energy bill, over 10 years that will be $ 6000 more money in our pockets.

Back in 2013 we needed our thermostat replaced and sadly we didn’t go through Old Coast. When the other company came in we had asked them about the lack of air flow through two of the vents and they just shrugged us off saying air was coming through.
Well…2014 rolled around and I decided enough was enough and called Old Coast. They came in took one look at our duct system and saw the problem — a duct was unhooked and another had a gap in it. Soooo… I have to wonder how much money we wasted the previous year because the other company didn’t care to look at the problem.
But Old Coast was prompt (early actually), thorough and you could just tell from the way they treated us that they don’t take our business for granted.
Another bonus? They didn’t automatically assume my husband was the person to speak to about repairs. That’s a big thing in my book.

Zach did an amazing job fixing our a/​c. Extremely reasonable on their pricing, very professional and knowledgable, honest, and flexiable with work hours. Highly recommend this company for any of your a/​c problems. I would not go to any other company in the Savannah area. Very happy with their services.

It stormed tonight and that didn’t stop Zack from giving me AC service at 10pm, after the rain let up! Friendly, polite, very knowledgable about his profession, Zack took his time fixed my unit checked for other problems as a prevention and educated me about my unit and how well it was running! He is know my go to guy for all things heating, air, refrigerant!!! Thanks Zack for making my home comfortable again in these humid summer nights and hot days! I wish to record my approbation of Old Coast Heating and Air. After knowledgeable and helpful advice from their salesman, I contracted them to replace my gas furnace and add air conditioning to my 140-​year-​old house. The installation technicians arrived on time, were friendly and efficient, and completed the job in less than a day. There was minimal intrusion on the day’s family activities. I gladly recommend them!

First off, let me say that we have had almost a dozen contractors come out and attempt to solve the issues with our home. We have had 2 systems installed in our home previously by well established big name contractors (unfortunately, both were less than impressive). Then, based on a referral from a close friend, we found Old Coast. To say we were impressed with not only their expert knowledge but also their extremely prompt and courteous response would be putting it lightly. Simply put, they are awesome! Not only did they solve all of our issues, but also they offered a solution that completely changed the environment in our house by carefully diagnosing the air quality of our home. First they got our original old defunct air unit back to working condition to make sure we were comfortable while we made our decision. Then after considering all of our options, we decided on our new Lennox ultimate comfort system that we absolutely love (it’s amazing in every way). We have now had the system for several months and our bill has gone down $ 100 compared to our bill last year on the same month. Also with our new custom ductwork and air filtration system, we have seen an improvement well beyond expectation, –in fact– all of my allergies are no longer an issue (we have multiple pets and we see way less dust). A week after installation Zach came out to check on everything and made sure all of our rooms were equally comfortable AND was even able to upload our family picture onto our new icomfort thermostat. Old Coast brought a level of professionalism and quality of service that we never knew was available after dealing with all the so called «big companies» and did so with more attention to detail and promptness. I highly recommend Old Coast and assure you from our experience (and it wasn’t our first) that you have the best company in the industry in your home. Old Coast delivered on all of their promises, they went above and beyond, and we simply could not be more satisfied.
