My husband and I initially really liked Punch and Judy. The women that work there are quite nice. So when it came time to purchase a rocker, I convinced my husband to shop local. What a mistake. First, they didn’t call us when it arrived in the warehouse. Then, after we found out it was in fact waiting for us, they didn’t deliver it at the agreed upon time. I had my husband come home early from work to help and they didn’t have the courtesy to call. Wait, I take that back –they did call at 8:30pm and say, «Hey, we got it ready, if you call soon we’ll bring it» I called back in 5 minutes and got the answering machine. Nice. Called the next day, setup the appointment again. This time it was for a 6pm delivery, 7pm rolls around, then 8, then 9pm. I call them and the guy answers the phone, «yeah» to which I reply, «how about that chair?» …thanks for ruining our friday night. Needless to say it got here at 9:30 with a very disgruntled and rude man pushing my husband to do all the heavy lifting. Let me add that my husband wanted to buy the same rocker from JCpenny for less money, wait time, and a white glove delivery. But, I said«no, let’s shop local» …Thanks, Punch and Judy.

This place has the worst customer service and the owner is VERY rude. I ordered my product and 2 months later he claims it still has not come in(even though I was promised it would arrive within 2 weeks!) After speaking with several other moms, it was also brought to my attention that I could go online and order the exact same product for approx $ 120LESS than Punch and Judy were selling it for(and it was free shipping online, and delivered to my front door!!) This place is a rip-off

We visited this store while expecting our first child and had a wonderful initial experience(when we were making the big purchases). We bought a crib, a rocker/recliner, bedding, an orbit infant system, and many small items and clothing. We were, and still are, very happy with the quality of the products they sell. — thus the extra star. However, in going back to the store later to upgrade the orbit system for our now toddler, we were told that they would order specific parts for us. We were in a bit of a hurry, as our little one was no longer comfortable in the rear facing seat and made the mistake of paying ahead of time and«trusting» they would stick by their promise. After months of calling, speaking to people that could not help but promised to have the owner call us back(which he didn’t), avoided messages, and pop-in visits — only to find that the owner was not in, we ended up calling orbit ourselves and they sent the pieces directly to us within 3 days with no charge. Obviously, the additional equipment was not ordered by Punch and Judys.(Had we known Oribtbaby was so easy to work with, we would have just gone directly to them.) The customer service, once they already received their money, was so awful that we went to a local competitor and even drove to Jacksonville to furnish a second nursery for our twins 15 months later. btw, I rarely write bad reviews — this is the lowest rating I have given to date.
